Calenduhh is built so that your plans stay yours. The short version: we run no servers, require no accounts, and cannot see your data. The longer version follows.
What Calenduhh stores, and where
Everything you put into Calenduhh — events, to-dos, routines, habits, chores, check-ins, journal entries, car details, important dates — is stored in a database on your device. If your device is signed into iCloud, that database also syncs to your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit), which is tied to your Apple ID, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessible only to you. The developer has no ability to read, access, or recover it.
Cycle tracking and health data
Cycle tracking is optional and off unless you turn it on. If you use it, Calenduhh stores the period dates you log, the predictions computed from them, and any symptoms or notes you add to your journal. This health data follows the same rules as everything else: it lives on your device, syncs only to your private iCloud database if iCloud is on, and is never transmitted to the developer or any third party. It is never used for advertising, never shared, and never leaves your control. Turning cycle tracking off stops all predictions; deleting the app (and, if you choose, your iCloud data) removes the records entirely.
Location
If you grant location access, your location is used for exactly one thing: fetching the local weather through Apple's WeatherKit so your planner can show the forecast. Your location is not stored by Calenduhh and never leaves the weather request. Weather is provided by Apple Weather.
Microphone and speech
If you use voice capture, the microphone is active only while you record, and your words are transcribed using Apple's Speech framework (which may process audio on Apple's servers, per Apple's own privacy terms). Calenduhh keeps the resulting text — the event or to-do you created — and does not store the audio.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification content passes through any third-party service.
What Calenduhh does not do
- No accounts, sign-ups, or passwords.
- No analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking.
- No advertising and no ad identifiers.
- No selling, sharing, or transmitting of your data to anyone.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes the on-device database. To also remove the iCloud copy, go to Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage, find Calenduhh, and delete its data. That removes everything, permanently — there is no other copy anywhere.
Children
Calenduhh is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, children included — it collects nothing from everyone equally.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Given the app's design, meaningful changes are unlikely.
